Easy Sunday mornings at Lifton Hall Kitchen
Sunday morning breakfast at Lifton Hall
Richard and Robert at Lifton Hall have been serving breakfasts to their hotel guests for 17 years. So, their plan to open things up to the general public seemed like a perfect idea.
They are now serving a high-quality, freshly cooked breakfast every Sunday.
It’s a very relaxed affair and perfect as the start to your Sunday – especially if you have a chilled day ahead of you.
They serve breakfast from 9.30am, with last orders at 11.
You don’t need to book, but they advise that you do. They offer a great selection, with something for everyone. Breakfasts are cooked to order using locally sourced products where possible.
On the menu are classics like porridge, eggs on toast or a full Devonshire. But also available are smashed avocado and ham, a vegetarian fry-up as well as a vegan option. Plus, there’s also a Bloody Mary! The full menu is available on their website – where you’ll also find their contact details.
And if you hurry, they have a great offer running until the end of September. Get two glasses of Buck’s Fizz when two people eat. See the separate advert for T&Cs.

Autumn at The Arundell
The first dry brown leaves tumbling from the trees, the unexpected chill in the early evening and the sudden realisation that the nights are drawing in.
Summer is becoming a fading memory and the spectacle of autumn is almost upon us. Book for dinner at the Arundell and enjoy our roaring log fires in the cosy bar or an aperitif by the fire in the library before dinner in the restaurant.
On Sundays, there is nothing better than our delicious roast followed by a bracing walk in the Tamar Valley!
As thoughts inevitably turn to winter, details of our festive season are on our website and we would be delighted for you to join us. Find out more here
