A man from Okehampton is to stand trial accused of taking part in an attack in a shop in Hatherleigh.
James Jordon, aged 22, of Exeter Road, Okehampton, pleaded not guilty to unlawfully wounding Ben Whiting on November 16 last year.
He is jointly charged with Thomas and Robert Braime, both from Okehampton, who have already denied the same offence.
Judge Anna Richardson set all three down for a jury trial at Exeter Crown Court on November 27 and released Jordan on bail.
