Whitchurch School had a guided tour of Tavistock Guildhall and its many aspects, including the police cells and a court. The tours are run by volunteers from the Discovery Group on behalf of Tavistock Heritage Trust. Teacher Mike Best said: “Our visit was to support our History learning about our local area, looking predominantly at the Abbey and mining in the area.”
