Police have confirmed that they were called at 12.40pm today to the A386 (Parkwood Road) outside Kelly College following reports of a collision involving a car and a motorcycle.

One person is believed to have sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital by air ambulance at 1.15pm after it landed in the Mount Kelly school fields

Police officers at the scene said the road is likely to be closed for a few hours.

The incident is ongoing at this time.
